The venue is fairly clean and big with accommodating staff members. The location of the hotel is amazing, so close to the beach sun loungers as well as all restaurants. This hotel is a hidden gem, right on probably the cleanest beach in Thailand. The location in the center of Hua Hin is perfect, with everything within easy reach. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that your needs are met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with two beds for added convenience. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the breakfast refill time.

I was very impressed by the helpful reception staff who went out of their way to help when I had trouble with a tour I was booked on, but could not contact the agency. Also the owner kindly allowed me to leave my car there for a few days while on the tour. I would definitely stay there again. The beach is at the bottom of a set of steps from the dining room, and you can breakfast while looking out over the sea.
